The apartment (75 square meters) is composed of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen with electric oven, kettle, coffee maker etc... and a toilet with shower. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, heating/air-conditioning, TV, washing-machine, Wi-Fi connection, iron and ironing board. The apartment has also a balcony overlooking the Tuscan hills, in common with the apartment La Torretta. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Children under 2 years stay free of charge. The historic center of San Gimignano is completely a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) so all parking lots are located outside the historic center.

The most convenient parking is the P3 (about 400-500 meters from the apartment). The daily rate is € 15, on the following days it is discounted to about € 12-13.

For guests there is the possibility of using a private garage in the ZTL (about 300-400 meters from the apartment) but only for cars with a maximum width of 179 cm at a cost of € 10 per night.

If you have larger car, it is not a problem, we can purchase for you the ticket for the P3 and P4 parking, valid for your entire stay, at the subsidized price of € 10 per day.

When booking, it is recommended to communicate that you need parking, or at least you should give 2-3 days' notice in advance.

Check-in time

Check in available from 02:30 pm to 06:00 pm, with appointment at the meeting point that will be disclosed a few days in advance.

Lovely apartment in the middle of the historic centre.

The location couldn't be better, every place you may want to visit is within 5 min walk. The rooms are spacious and comfy. Very clean and tidy. Lovely balcony to see the sunset. Mosquito net at every window. Cool in the summer. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Appartamento centralissimo e allo stesso tempo tranquillo, posizionato sul lato del duomo di San Gimignano. Finestre insonorizzate quindi anche se sì è proprio sopra ad una delle piazze centrali non si sentono rumori. La padrona di casa Benedetta è una padrona di casa perfetta, dalla prima email ai consigli per il ristorante e le escursioni in loco. La degustazione di vini offerta ne vale la pena!
