If you love to put your hands in the dough, during your stay you cannot miss an authentic Tuscan culinary experience! Together with Benedetta and mom Franca, you will learn how to make pici, a typical pasta from the province of Siena, as they were taught many years ago. You will also prepare together the classic aglione sauce, and the ever-present tiramisu. During this cooking experience you will have the opportunity to taste the typical cold cuts of San Gimignano produced by Mr. Mauro and the pecorino cheese produced by Mrs. Nonziatina with the milk from her sheep. Dinner will be served in our garden with a unique view of the Towers of San Gimignano, each course will be accompanied by the typical white wine of San Gimignano, the Vernaccia, and the excellent Chianti red wine.
